This interactive class introduces participants to the basics of nervous system regulation and how stress shows up uniquely in each individual. Rather than offering generic coping skills or one-size-fits-all “self-care,” this class focuses on helping participants identify and map their unique nervous system states and understand why certain strategies work in some moments — and not in others.
Participants will learn how to map their own stress responses and apply regulation tools that are matched to their specific state, making self-care more effective and sustainable. The goal is to move beyond “just breathe” approaches and toward practical, personalized strategies that actually support the body and mind. This class is educational in nature and designed for a broad adult audience. No prior knowledge or therapy experience is required. Kelsi just sent over her updated bio. Could you please use this version instead of the one linked in my previous email. Participation is welcome at your comfort level, and no personal sharing is required.
Kelsi Lovejoy is a Sublette County native, who earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wyoming and has gone on to build a private practice specializing in guiding individuals through deep healing and nervous system support, helping them reconnect with themselves and the world around them. She believes in challenging her clients to do deeper work that lasts far beyond their time together.
When she isn’t supporting clients, Kelsi can often be found cross-country skiing, hiking, camping with her husband and toddler in tow.
