Parenting Class Series: Behavioral Toolkits Class 1

Adult Enrichment -
Adult Spring 2026

This class helps parents and caregivers better understand and respond to challenging behavior while strengthening connection with their child. Participants will learn to recognize precursor behaviors, respond before situations escalate, and set clear, supportive boundaries rooted in compassion. We will explore why challenging behavior happens and how to shift from reactive cycles toward calmer, more connected responses. The class will also touch on how diet, sleep, and daily routines or transitions can impact behavior, and how small adjustments can support healthier dynamics at home or in the classroom. Caregivers will leave with practical tools for responding to big feelings, reducing power struggles, and creating more cooperative, rco-egulated moments throughout the day. Free Pizza & Babysitting for registered attendees.
