Mary believes that you should never use store bought crust for any pie! This class will show you the best and easiest way to make buttery, flakey crusts for all your holiday pies. Mary has been cooking since she was a little girl, mainly because she enjoys good food. Join us for this class...it's always so much fun.

Mary began working at a classic New England Inn at age 13, where she learned all aspects of the hospitality industry, primarily the restaurant/catering arm. Over the years, she continued to enjoy preparing flavorful food inspired by travel and place, family and the ski industry of which she was a part. When she and her husband and partners built White Pine Ski Area, she was given the job to manage food service there. "It was such a blast putting all the pieces together for someone who believes that welcoming every guest and offering delicious food is the best hospitality a business can offer. At our house, we are thankful for good food, and we always say "the first bite is with your eyes"!!
