This competition will give individual students the opportunity to showcase his/her cake decorating talents as well as getting a crash course demonstration on piping techniques and decorating skills. After the demonstration, student will have time to practice their cake piping skills. Students will then have exactly 45 minutes to create and add their own design to the cake. The completed cake must show a spring theme. Students must come with an already baked two layer, preferably frozen cake, ready to decorate. BOCES will provide all other equipment and supplies for decorating.
Hi all! My name is Amanda Fazendin and I have been in Sublette County for about 11 years now, before that Fremont County. I have been working on cakes for about 18 years and enjoy the creativity of it all. I have three kids that range in age from 18-22 and a very supportive husband who helps out a lot when it is cake time at our house. I enjoy camping, rzr riding, traveling and just being with those who mean the most to me. I look forward to meeting you all during this fun cake class.
