Come learn the art of making a Norwegian holiday staple-Lefse! Lefse (pronounced lef-sa) is a traditional Norwegian flatbread made with mashed potatoes. In this class we will cover how to make the dough, roll it thin and fry it to perfection.
Renae Dorrity was taught to make lefse by the daughters of Norwegian immigrants in the
basements of the Lutheran Churches of western North Dakota. Making lefse has been atradition in her family now handed down 5 generations.
