Parenting Class January: Nervous System Regulations/Co-Regulation & Identification of Triggers

Adult Enrichment -
Adult Winter 2025

Live Zoom ~ In person at BOCES: The first class of this series we will dive into how our dysregulated states affect our interactions with our children. We will learn to self~regulate, co~regulate with our children and to identify and understand our triggers. This class is not about avoiding being dysregulated or triggered as that is inherent to being human. Rather it's about how to accept those states, work with them to eventually learn to regulate faster after being dysregulated. This models and teaches our children how to do the same. Lastly, we will shed light on our triggers that dysregulated us and how ultimately heal the underlying wounds that those triggers show us. Free childcare and Pizza for attendees.
