Intermediate Quickbooks: Making the most of Quickbooks

This class will offer you insight into how Quick Books looks and feels, we will walk through the basic set- up for accounting for your business activity, which will provide both operational and financial information. We will introduce helpful tips and tricks for setting up your business on Quick Books as well as operational tips and tricks to use managing your business day to day. Time for individual Q&A will be set aside with the instructor for some 1:1 conversation at the end of class.Computers will be provided using Quickbooks 2023 software.

  • 25 Yrs with HP as a financial analyst and Sr. Finance Manager
  • 8 Yrs with small business Advertising Company as their Chief Financial Officer
  • 3 Yrs with Fortune 500 company as one of their cash controllers
  • 4 Yrs with an engineering firm as their book keeper

  • Accounting/Bookkeeping software packages

  • Relational Database software (Oracle, SQL, MS Access)
