I’m a wife & stay at home mama to two wild boys; Gentry (4), and Jenson (1). I started sourdough a little over a year ago because I wanted to have a hobby for myself, so my hubby surprised me with a starter setup for Christmas. I loved watching videos of people making sourdough bread, it was so calming & intriguing to me. I had never made any type of bread before, and I had no idea all the other possibilities there were to baking & cooking with a starter but I quickly fell in love. I’ve tried all sorts of things from cookies & brownies to pretzel bites & pizza dough. The possibilities are endless! I have learned a lot of what I know by trial and error, with some tips & tricks from sourdough videos or online courses.

I’m a Pinedale/Boulder native & I love this little community so much. I’m excited to teach my first class with Boces and pass along what I’ve learned to others!
