Prepare an authentic Mexican Meal from start to finish, during this two night culinary experience. Night one will consist of making Pozole and Albondigas Soups, then following up the second night with Green Chili, Mexican Rice and Beans. All supplies will be provided.

I am a self-taught chef and I love to share my love of cooking with as many people as possible! I was brought up in a family that loves to cook and entertain, so you can say it runs in my blood. My mother is a wonderful cook and taught me how to make many of my staple dishes. I lived in Tehuacan, Mexico for two years and broadened my skills to include many authentic Mexican favorites. Teaching BOCES cooking classes has been a fun new addition to my resume.
